Hotel Alter Wolf - Wolfsburg

We stayed at Hotel Alter Wolf for 4 nights while visiting Autostadt. The room was incredibly spacious - a true suite with 2 bedrooms and 3 double beds. The large bathroom and flatscreen TV were added bonuses. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of cold meats, cheeses, fruit, cereal, yogurt. Free offstreet parking was convenient, and there were several dining options nearby.

I couldn't believe how incredibly convenient the location was - right next to the palace, across from a stunning garden, and walking distance to Autostadt! And let me tell you, the breakfast was out of this world, like I was transported to foodie heaven. The building itself was a jaw-dropping blend of traditional charm and modern comfort, and our spacious rooms had me feeling like royalty. Plus, the peacefulness of the tucked away street made it the perfect oasis. In short, it was an absolutely mind-blowing stay for our family of four. Loved it! And did I mention the hot shower? Ah-mazing.

This hotel is a great choice for a stay in Wolfsburg! The location is perfect, close to the city centre and next to a magnificent castle. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with basic amenities, including a standing fan in case it gets warm. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is very nice with a good selection of food.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right next to a magnificent castle and away from the center of town. The hotel facilities were great, withnice and neat rooms equipped with cable TV and internet. Parking was easy and free. The breakfast buffet was superb, matching that of a 5-star hotel with traditional German meats, cheeses, and salmon Fiekedellen. The staff was wonderful, very friendly, and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom. The breakfast provided was also delicious, with plenty of selection and attention to detail.

The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the cozy rooms with their own standing fans supplied, to the delicious breakfast buffet that caters to every taste. During my New Year's stay, I was impressed with the value for money this hotel offered. the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a variety of traditional meats and cheeses, as well as salmon. the location was peaceful yet convenient, with nearby access to a good restaurant and a large supermarket. the hotel staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful.

The check-in process was inconvenient and stressful due to having to use a lockbox code. We were not warned in advance, and due to not having German phone service or strong internet, we had to make an expensive call just to receive the code.

The room at Alter Wolf was spacious, perfect for our family of four. The breakfast spread had a variety of options and was delicious. The hotel's location was convenient, with Autostadt within walking distance. We also appreciated the free parking availability. The charming atmosphere of the old stylish building added to our enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant's closing time may cause some inconvenience attending evening events.

This hotel is wonderful and offers great value for money. The location is fairly convenient to the train station, either through a nice long walk in the park or a short bus ride plus a walk. The hotel is also across the road from Schloess Wolfsburg and within walking distance to VW Autostadt and the town. The rooms are cute and very comfortable, especially the family room which is quite large. Breakfast is a nice addition and was the best so far of our trip, with exceptional variety and tasty options.

We had a great weekend stay at this guesthouse with plenty of character. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. the guesthouse's private parking was a huge advantage, making it easy for us to get around and enjoy the main sites and attractions in the area.

It was incredibly convenient to have free parking available right in front of the hotel. the VfL Wolfsburg stadium was just a short walk away. the breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection, and the hotel itself is housed in a historic building, adding to its character. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
